Associate Logistics Representative with Security Clearance

Boeing is looking for two Associate Logistics Representative (LSR) (Level 2) in support of the F-15 Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) located at Mountain Home AFB, ID. Assists F-15SG PBL Warehouse Lead with local process improvement activities and performs root cause analysis for inventory processes. Assists Lead with local customer inventory issues to support Boeing requirements. Assists Lead to develop new processes and/or solutions for inventory management and control. As needed, interacts with external customers and internal organizations to facilitate logistics requirements. Along with the above job duties, the selected candidate will also be required to perform any additional duties requested by the warehouse lead and/or management. Will also need to be able to work under minimal supervision. Position Responsibilities: * Coordinate turn-in of non-RFI assets from MOB customer. * Update/maintain Boeing Proprietary Program Property Data Bases to facilitate induction of assets into the repair cycle. 3. Coordinate transportation of non-RFI assets to designated repair points (DRP). * Coordinate repair part requirements for repair kits as applicable. * Ensure that all applicable documents are shipped along with the non-RFI asset to the DRP. * Coordinate requests for information by and from the MOB customer regarding support material issues. * Coordinate resolution of shipping disparities. * Responsible for the packaging of non-RFI components for shipment to the DRP. More specifically this may include the ordering, fabrication and assembly of special containers suitable for transporting non-RFI components. * Maintain oversight of all Authority/Boeing property in possession at their facility. * Issue Authority/Boeing property to the local customer using defined program processes and tools * Assist in coordinating all local activities to prepare and ship material designated for export to Singapore * Assist in coordinating material support for customer TDY activities * Assist in coordinating and supporting the issue and receipt of both AFE and CFE Classified Equipment. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): * Inventory Management & Accountability * PHS&T – Packaging, Handling, Shipping & Transportation of aircraft parts * Receipt, Issue, & Storage of aircraft parts * Ability to lift 35lbs. without assistance Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience): * Forklift experience * GOLD (Government On-line Database) * WOW (Warehouse On Web) * TAV (Total Asset Visibility) * COPPR (Contract Online Pre-Processing and Release) * Air Force Supply Chain * Handling of Classified material Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years’ related work experience , 7 years’ related work experience, etc.). Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
