ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Looking for an individual that can come in and make an impact immediately. Someone with experience bookkeeping and working with accounts receivables/payables. Ability to pivot quickly to help in different areas of the company and wear multiple hats to assist where needed. This person will be highly motivated and can work with little supervision. Someone that can be relied on to get their work done and in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reconcile and balance accounts.
- Invoice matching
- Work with customers and resolve billing disputes
- Responsible for all functions under Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Perform data entry tasks in relation to posting vendor invoices in the company accounting system
- Administrative tasks within the office, back up different areas within the company
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Experience reading aging reports, handling receivables and invoice matching
- Bookkeeping experience preferred
- Accounting/Finance degree preferred; Relative experience considered
