Our company is large enough to continually drive market innovation, all while we maintain a collaborative and flexible working atmosphere.What You Will Contribute:This position is responsible for editing and entering the credit and debit transactions and applying them to customer accounts in the A/R system for the Milwaukee facility. Responsibilities also include maintaining the appropriate spreadsheets, balancing various accounts and the distribution of documentation to other departments.* Apply all incoming checks, wire transfers and credit card payments to customer accounts.* Enter credit memos and billings after reviewing documentation provided by Customer Service.* Distribute documentation for credit memos to various departments and maintain various spreadsheets to record credit memos.* Balance the daily cash applied AIR to funds received from the bank Balance the AIR on daily basis.* Coordinate the processing of credit cards along with the balancing, spreadsheets and documentation.* Verify commissions payable and finalize commissions and submit to AP for payment.* Document deductions and follow up with customers to resolve deductions.* Complete month end closing reports.Qualifications:* High School degree* 3+ years experience* Intermediate level in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS OutlookAn Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
