- Analyze and interpret transportation processes to influence strategic and tactical efficiency recommendations
- Leverage strong functional process expertise to identify insights and bring to life through technical development of data analyses and visualizations
- Identify, drive improvements and maintain existing dashboards and analytics using technical knowledge with Celonis, Tableau, Power BI/Query, VDMs
- Drive improvements, user experience and ensure effective adoption of existing dashboards and analytics
- Identify and optimize complex operational processes
- Lead key initiatives to drive successful transformational activities
- Derive insights and analytic narratives from data and visualizations for effective storytelling and clear communication
- Use data and process enablement to align, develop and mobilize supply chain best practices that deliver improved service, capacity and reduced transportation cost & complexity
- Strong project management knowledge to develop, lead and execute projects including timeline management, risk assessment plans, and action item management to ensure delivered results
- Build strong sustainable business relationships at various levels throughout the organization and key customers
- Advance data accuracy, availability, and improved insights by expanding data capabilities for project use cases
- Assist with data testing and documentation from various sources
- Partner with key Supply Chain and Transportation teams to enable and advance robust analytics capabilities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education required:
- Bachelors or Advanced degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related technical field.
Experience:
Preferred Experience / Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of business experience with at least four years of cross-functional Supply Chain, Transportation or Distribution experience preferred.
- Demonstrated LEAN thinking & capability.
- Working knowledge of Kimberly-Clark’s supply chain interactions
- Experience on multiple platforms and technical/analytic skills (SAP R/3 and Business Warehouse (BW) reporting, Tableau, Power BI, Power Query).
- Intellectually curious with a strong desire to explore and find insights in new datasets.
- Ability to understand coding languages and statistical modeling
- Experience with relational database structure and design, SQL, SAP HANA / VDMs
- Person must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrated proficiency in: oral & written communication, analytical thinking, influence, change management and results-oriented
- Cross-functional collaboration, project management, prioritization and time management, active listening, adaptability and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data access tools and PC based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
