Primary Purpose
Compile, compute, and record billing, accounting, statistical, and other numerical data for billing or cash application purposes. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by supplying timely and accurate information. Must pay high attention to detail and accuracy to ensure data integrity.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Compile, compute, and record sales invoicing or application of cash data.
- Perform bookkeeping work, including posting data or keeping other records concerning the shipment of goods, receipt of cash or adjustments to AR.
- Verify accuracy of data and revise any errors.
- Resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Degree.
- 0-2 years of related work experience.
- Careful attention to detail and thorough completion of tasks.
- Basic Excel skills.
