A/R Clerk

• Timely and accurate billing
• Timely filing of invoices and maintenance of records
• Assist with timely completion and distribution of statements and billing
• Track any short shipments and match with BOLs
• Serve as a key partner to maintain/improve standard operating procedures in billing to ensure the best of IPC is captured, documented, and followed
• Track new customers payments and ensure they are paying within terms and communicate any issues back to sales team
• Monitor receivable aging reports and follow up with customers when they are out of terms and communicate any issues with sales team immediately
• Identify and communicate with accounts receivable manager and corporate controller any customers that may need to be turned over to collections
• Regular watchlist meetings with accounts receivable manager and corporate controller to ensure we are discussing customers payment issues
