Parker Lynch Legal, Special Counsel’s Attorney Search Division, is assisting a sophisticated midsize law firm in NYC in its search for a mid-level bankruptcy associate.
An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of bankruptcy experience.
The group represents debtors, creditors, DIP Lenders, landlords and buyers and sellers of distressed assets in bankruptcy and out of court proceedings.
Experience with UCC Article 9 is preferred.
