RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client that is seeking a Web Production Specialist in Portland, OR.
Summary We are looking for a talented Web Production Specialist.
As part of a multi-disciplinary Marketing team, the Web Production Specialist plays a support role in creating web experiences for a variety of audiences.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day updating and maintenance of the organization’s websites and manages content from multiple internal departments.
This person may also manage projects as assigned.
Duties Format content, edit copy, update existing content, and publish to the web using a CMS Manage content from a variety of sources and coordinate with cross-functional teams to publish content Execute quality assurance on all content prior to publication Educate content partners on web-based tools and processes through verbal and written communications Establish, maintain and enforce daily, weekly, and monthly web content production schedules, working closely with other members of the content team Work with internal employees to ensure that website content meet both business and user needs Manage projects as assigned including project scoping, web page creation, updated navigation, integration and QA testing Manage web request queue, and website feedback REQUIREMENTS BABS degree 2 years exp in website content production or equivalent experience Familiarity with modern design principals and importance of corporate branding standards Experience managing content production in the website, mobile app, and digital media workspaces Demonstrated proficiency with HTML and Microsoft Office applications Familiarity with AP Style Ability to manage multiple projects at once while remaining organized and flexible Ability to interface with Stakeholders to locate and pursue content Experience with seeking out and incorporating customer feedback Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
