Web Developer Lead

NJVC is currently seeking a Web Developer Lead to join our growing team in Springfield, VA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the Program Manager to select and manage professional talent.

Develop new or maintain existing versions of government websites.

Regularly work with NGA OCC’s graphic designers for website layouts.

Assist with capture software and appropriate licenses.

Assist with processing software with appropriate licenses.

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 10+ years of related experience

4 years of related experience may be substituted for a degree

Years of Experience:

High school diploma or 14+ years’ experience

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ experience

10+ years of relevant experience in the career field of website development

Extensive experience providing complete end-to-end web support

Experience implementing user-centric interactive design and web standards

Experience developing mock-ups, user flows, storyboards, and prototypes to effectively communicate web design

Active TS/SCI Clearance
