Summary: Develops, designs, maintains, tests, installs, and modifies system software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision, assist in the design and development of IT application systems.
Code, test, and debug new software, as well as perform maintenance and enhancements to existing software.
Assist in the development of design and functional specifications.
Produce deliverables related to assigned project(s); assist in post-implementation support and system enhancements.
Gather, compile, and synthesize information regarding technology processes and systems.
Work with the technical team to identify, assess, and correct application issues.
Provide assistance writing programs based on specifications from higher-level staff or business analysts.
Designs and guides development of business systems software and web apps, ETL, BI and EAI components and interfaces, as well as database layer work of moderately complex to complex tasks and projects.
Collaborates with team members to resolve issues to assure the successful delivery of IT solutions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 1- 3 yrs.
Skills: Demonstrates knowledge of the principles, concepts and theories of own discipline and some knowledge of principles and concepts in other functions. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles, concepts, and theories in application development relative to business systems software, web applications. Understands appropriate procedures, policies, practices, systems, and regulations. Demonstrates business and organizational acumen of disciplines and client function.
