Responsibilities – The Application Developer will be expected to do the following:

• Participate in the design, development, and deployment of projects to support new and existing applications and processes
• Work as part of a team to ensure high availability for all support systems and applications
• Be responsible for improving, maintaining, and enforcing coding standards
• Must possess a combination of business, technical, and leadership skills
• Provide application training, education, and product demonstration to end-users
• Provide rapid and accurate responses to customer support inquiries

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Application Developer in enterprise environments
• 3+ years of experience with VB.NET/C#
• 3+ years of experience with Web API/SOAP Web Services
• 3+ years of experience with the SQL Server and relational database development
• 3+ years of experience with ASP.Net Web Forms
• 3+ years of end-user/customer support
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A good understanding of Object Oriented Design Patterns and Principles
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM or KANBAN
• Experience with Git repositories, branching, merging, tagging, and conflict resolution
• Experience and/or experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) principles
• Knowledge and/or experience with Release Management and Change Control processes
• Experience with mobile development, iOS (Objective-C, Swift), React Native

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with any of the following: jQuery, Entity Framework, SSRS, Telerik, or Bootstrap
• Knowledge and/or experience with HIPAA and HITECH, Security Privacy, and Generally Accepted Privacy Principles
• Knowledge and/or experience with Health Level Seven (HL7) including interfaces and systems for exchanging health information, i.e., Interfaceware Iguana
