CIT is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our Infrastructure Automation team.
The candidates primary functions will be to identify and develop automation of manual tasks in the ServiceNow and adjoining environments as well as developing integrations between ServiceNow and third party systems, including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, vRealize and Nagios.
The candidate will also be responsible for vetting new technology offerings from ServiceNow and developing implementationa nd integration plans for new products and features into the existing environment.
The candidate will also assist in assessing and QA tresting the platform during upgrades to new versions.

Candidate must bring solid interpersonal skills and be capable of meeting with clients and teams face-to-face to clarify and design existing and new solutions, translate design requirements into a proposed solution, and implement the solution on time and within budget.
Candidate must also be capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
Qualifications Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Managementt, Service Catalog, etc.
Strong experience developing integrations between ServiceNow and third party systems via REST API.
Experience developing workflows and business rules.
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships.
Experience developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform from the ground up.
Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.
