*This position is open to recent grads, engineers looking to make a career change, and candidates with tangential experience who are looking to move into TPM.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Product Design Engineering and cross-functional TPMs enabling the definition and execution of next generation hardware programCreate development, delivery, and qualification schedules based on system requirements, technical challenges, lead-times and business needsManage communication within and between internal cross functional and external partnersDevelop milestone schedule, communicate program statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks.Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and technology development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment to ensure on time deliveryManage delivery of hardware for the development builds and ensure qualification to meet mass production timelinesCoordinate and drive engineering deliverables, including specifications, DOE and validation plansEnsure program documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership reviewContribute to resource planning to ensure program success and objectives are metMinimum QualificationsBS in Mechanical Engineering field or equivalent experience5+ years experience working as a technology development program manager for consumer electronics or equivalent experienceKnowledge of phase gate approach to technology development projectsExperience with mechanical system development, FATP and sub-assembly BOM, design for manufacturing, tooling, validation and characterization processesExcellent communication, strategic thinking, planning skills, and attention-to-detailKnowledge of program and issue tracking and version control softwareAble to maintain a positive attitude, be a source of team morale, composed and effective in a fast-paced dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications2+ years experience working in a mechanical engineering field preferredA quick learner with high potentials who operates autonomously across multiple teams and projects with minimal supervisionIND123
