Job Description:

 Transition management of the Infrastructure services from Incumbent service provider or inhouse managed services to Infosys managed service. 

 Responsible to assist Infosys transition managers to transition the infra

 Analysis of the Pre-planning data assessment and prepare the transition plan for the Site /Location /Transition Groups in consultation with Infosys

Transition manager and Technical team

 Participate in the transition planning discission with client service manager to Confirmation of transition scope /content, structure/approach, transition participants, data to be provided, milestones/timelines

 Update the transition plan based on the client discussions and review transition plan with Infosys transition manager & work jointly to get Transition Plan sign off with client manager

 Management and Tracking of Transition plan in execution phase

 Focal point for Daimler Transition Manager and Site Reps for any transition related concerns

 Creation and timely reporting of progress , risks , issues , deliverables

 Attendance at regular meetings with the client to present progress

 Good Understanding of the NW architecture, NW support models covering global operations.

 Good understanding of NW and NW security device family ( Cisco, Aruba ,Fortinet etc)

 Understating of SDWAN is an added advantage

 Understating of the WAN Infrastructure setup is also added advantage

 Management of the service once in delivery

o Management and tracking of SLA / KPI’s

o Attendance at delivery meetings

o Creation /presentation of required reports to present status of service where required

o Involvement where applicable in Incidents / changes /problems

o Focal point for any service escalations for his / her region
