– we’re just getting started.**Summary:** Facebook Reality Labs is dedicated to bring Virtual and Augmented Reality products to people around the world.

We are looking for a talented Software Integration Technical Program Manager who will play a key role in defining software roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams in delivering highly complex software features and managing product launches for our AR and VR product offerings.

Software integration TPM plays a highly impactful and a critical leadership role in AR/VR products and will define the planning and execution playbook for new products.

The TPM will collaborate with engineering and product teams on strategy and goals, and own execution of all phases of the development cycle, planning requirements, managing schedules, identifying and tracking risks and clear communication to project stakeholders.

Develop software roadmaps based on product and technical requirements and business needs.2.

Lead cross functional teams implementing the roadmap from early stage of development through launch.

Lead launch/release activities as it pertains to software features and deliverables.3.

Engage with cross-functional teams to identify constraints, dependencies, risks/issues, and to deliver software features.4.

Work with teams to set milestones, communicate project statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks.5.

Develop best practices and product development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment.

Evangelize those practices to enable them to scale across different products.6.

Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables including specifications and test plans.7.

Work with user research and dogfooding teams and co-ordinate user feedback to improve user experience.8.

Provide feedback and influence product design and UX.9.

Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review.10.

Identify resources needed and work closely with the team leads to maintain full visibility of multiple projects, ensuring resource gaps are addressed efficiently.11.

Up to 15% travel.**Minimum Qualifications:** 12.

5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or Software Product Manager managing software programs from inception to production.13.

Experience launching consumer products or delivering large software releases.14.

Experience developing software roadmaps for complex consumer products.15.

Knowledge of program and issue tracking tools and software dashboards.16.

Experience building and curating relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.17.

Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.18.
