They will devise solutions and manage and deliver Microsoft Office 365 products and services enabling our clients to accomplish their Digital Transformation business objectives.
Timlin s practices engage in a comprehensive variety of Digital Transformation initiatives delivering tremendous business value while providing an exceptional customer experience across various industries, verticals and domains.
Our team collaborates with our client and customer organizations providing consultation on Microsoft Office 365 products, services, devising and delivering the ideal solutions including but not limited to optimizing business efficiencies, processes automation, facilitating collaborative workspaces, platform adoptiontraining, etc.
Responsibilities Qualifications This is a client-facing role requiring previous consulting experience, working with external clients, business process owners, Sr.
Management and technical and functional stakeholders.
Highly experienced with Digital Transformation processes and procedures, implementing solutions in Microsoft Office 365 Business Productivity Platform SharePoint Online Designs and delivers new and improved processes and solutions utilizing knowledge or performance data, metrics, and process inter-dependencies Drive Governance, Adoption and Training initiatives.
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to describe technical concepts to non-technical personnel Primary liaison between new Timlinrsquos new customers and established clients and its internal sales, pre-sales, training and support teams, strive to better understand our customer’s needs, their business how each client defines success.
Manage leadership level client relationships and provide team oversight during the delivery of services engagements within dynamic ever-changing environments Leads technical and functional stakeholders, cross functional teams in analyzing business needs and isolating project objectives, and creates plans used to achieve client business objectives.
Expertise collaborating external partner resources to ensure delivery methodologies are consistent with the Microsoft Best Practices and principles.
Actively seeks methods to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness leveraging the use of Microsoft Office 365 Business Productivity tools and software Experience leveraging formal project management and development methodologies on enterprise level engagements.
Possesses a deep knowledge of project management best practices and how to apply them in an effective yet pragmatic way according to customer requirements and business objectives Managing project goals and driving teams to achieve customers’ business outcomes by managing issues, risks, decisions, and action items.
Internally Ensure Timlinrsquos services are exceeding expectations ensuring highly valued business solutions.
Work with the Sales Team, Solution Engineers, and Product Management to determine the optimal strategy to sell services Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services Leads in the creation of the solution proposals driving contractual commitments Partner with groups to customize solutions for prioritized accounts and propose supporting assets to make services possible or more efficient, strengthen customer relationships, and drive follow on work.
Contributes to Timlinrsquos practice development initiatives through the development of service offerings, methodologies, and other intellectual capital.
Ensure Timlinrsquos services are exceeding expectations ensuring highly valued business solutions.
