Overview We are seeking a Team Lead for IT Security Risk & Compliance to join our Customer Sales & Services Enablement (CSSE) team.
The CSSE team is responsible for responding to all security and resiliency-related requests from potential and existing Dell Technologies global customers.
The CSSE provides timely, accurate and valid responses about Dell’s Security practices.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Security professional who has a working knowledge of foundational policies, standards and procedures which encourage a global security culture.
Key Responsibilities Manages and resolves escalations arising from sales-based security and resiliency requests Partners with transaction lawyers on complex, global customer contracts to agree and resolve issues around security requirements Leads and manages customer security and resiliency-based audits; this includes manages planning and scope, ensuring relevant materials and resources are available, gathering and providing appropriate evidence, and managing any issues that arise Ensures that the team researches, analyzes, and documents internal security processes and evidence of compliance to our portfolio of security and resiliency policies, standards, procedures and controls Ensures that repeatable and sustainable processes are in place for CSSE team members to meet SLAs for customer requests Develops, builds and maintains strong business relationships with sales and services account managers, as well as relevant leaders and stakeholders to effectively respond to Dell customer vendor assessments/audits Defines, implements and manages appropriate metrics and reporting to analyze and report on CSSE performance and delivery for executive leadership Leads and mentors the CSSE ream, driving excellence in performance and delivery, ensuring team members are motivated, trained, inspired and successful Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Accounting Information Systems or other relevant field of study with 10 years’ experience in IT Audit, IT Assurance, ITGCs (IT General Controls); or equivalent combination of education/professional experience in a similar role 4 years of Corporate Security Policies, Standards and Procedure and/or IT Risk Management experience Expert knowledge of concepts related to information systems audit, information security, general IT controls, application controls and technology risks Strong understanding of Cybersecurity key concepts with expertise in performing security control assessments utilizing established industry frameworks Knowledge of audit standards, as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements and frameworks such as NIST 800-53, NIST Cyber, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, EU GDPR, PCI and Cyber Essentials framework Desired Requirements Degree in Information Technology, Information Security or Accounting Information Systems is desired Experience working with Sales or Services, responding to corporate customer inquiries and requests for information/verification CISA or CISSP certification Key Characteristics Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration across organizations and geographies; builds relationships and values diverse perspectives Problem solver Ability to work well in a highly collaborative, team environment Focus on accuracy and detail-oriented Dell Technologies is a unique family of businesses that helps organizations and individuals build their digital future and transform how they work, live and play—providing customers with the industry’s broadest and most innovative technology and services portfolio.
