As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will be developing and sustaining systems using current technologies and others yet to come.

What you’ll get to do:
Support system requirements reviews and creating and/or updating requirement specifications and technical documentation
Generate, review, and update systems engineering documentation and collaborate with radar subject matter experts to ensure specifications meet system needs and are accurate, comprehensive, consistent and complete
Provide innovative solutions to complex technical problems
Minimal travel is expected.

This position will be based in our Colorado Springs airport facility.

Basic Qualifications:
(Level 1)
– 0 years’ experience with Bachelors in Science from an accredited college.
(Level 2)
– 2 years applicable experience with Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college; 0 years with Masters.
Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
Familiarity and/or experience in Requirements Derivation, Traceability, and Management; DOORS or Equivalent Tool Experience
Technical documentation and analysis experience; proficient with Microsoft Office tool suite
– Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
Active DoD Top Secret clearance
Familiar with basic principles and theory of electromagnetics and Radio Frequency (RF) propagation
Experienced with the design, analysis and architecture development of Radio Frequency (RF) systems
Experienced with RF microwave system design, analysis, and test
Experienced with ground based radar system design, analysis, and test
Familiarity or experience with Agile development methodologies, i.e.

Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Salary Range 2: 74200

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
