Systems Analyst

Description The Systems Analyst (SA) for Policy Decisions will serve as a product owner between the business and the IT organization and will be responsible for working with the IT group to determine features that meet user needs.

The SA will assist in the business process design and documentation as needed for new technology translate high level business requirements into functional features for the IT organization effectively manage the product backlog and manage changes to such specifications in accordance with Chubb andor industry standards and processes.

The SA will educate the IT organization on the direction of the business and negotiate agreements and commitments between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.

Requirements Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field.

Or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 10 years of relevant technical or business work experience.

Demonstrate clear understanding of business process disciplines.
