Job Description The system architect is responsible for being a hands on administrator as well as performing leadership and guidance for the team.
This role will oversee code reviews, upgrades and implementations.
This role will also be expected to be hands on in building, administering and configuring systems.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information System, Management Information Systems or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience At least 5 years of System administration or engineering work experience Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to Preferred Qualifications 5 years of managing Windows or Linux systems 1year of architecture and system design experience Expectations May be required to lift up to 20 lbs., i.e.
server, network equipment Willing to travel up to 20 as needed (will likely be less than 10) Wiling to work on call shifts as needed Additional Information Applicants for U.S.-based positions with Cerner must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate .
The client contract also requires receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for the position.
