ECS is seeking a Supervisory Senior Program Manager to work in our Crystal City, VA office.

Job Description: ECS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to work in Crystal City, VA supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) on their new Budget and Financial Support Services Contract.
The successful candidate will: Provide a broad range of support services in the areas of financial management and policy including acquisition support, project planning, budget analysis, PPBE, cost analysis and policies/ procedures Review completed work of other contractor personnel for accuracy of data and information, procedure and guidance compliance, and error-free documentation prior to submission to Government Analyze business technical needs to formulate and implement improvements Manage resources within budget and project schedule, work with other project leads/managers to identify/assign resources to projects and develop/grow teams Provide financial reporting support for reporting projects as assigned Possess the ability to successfully execute a large support contract with multiple task orders and operate in a fluid, high operational tempo environment.
Must demonstrate flexibility and ability to change directions when required Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction; develop long-lasting client relationships Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve services to our clients Required Skills: Bachelor’s Degree; Accounting, Business, or Finance Secret Clearance Minimum 12 years’ experience providing, managing and directing the delivery of business and/or financial management services.
Specific experience related to federal financial management.
Firm understanding of DoD accounting and audit practices; required experience in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) Experience working in a government program office for system development and acquisition Demonstrated experience providing technical/subject matter expertise; and in planning, organizing, executing, and controlling project tasks resulting in successful delivery of professional services Previous experience preparing and presenting complex financial analysis to senior management Experience in detailed requirements gathering, interpretation, analysis, and validation to develop strategic plans to meet customer mission requirements Desired Skills: MBA highly desirable PMP Certification CDFM Certification ECS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
