Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions to meet client needs and data. Analyze and review enhancement requests and specifications Implement system software and customize to client requirements Prepare the detailed software specifications and test plans Code new programs to client’s specifications and create data for testing Modify existing programs to new standards and conduct unit testing of developed programs Create migration packages for system testing, user testing, and implementation Provide quality assurance reviews Perform post-implementation validation of software and resolve any bugs found during testing Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required 8-10 years experience required A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design large systems software design and development experience Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems experience in programming and experience with problem diagnosis and resolution Additional Job Details 8+ years of application development and implementation experience 4+ years of JavaJ2EEOracle 6+ years of Architecture 2+ years in UI development using HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3. 5+ years in vendor product technology assessment. 4+ years of web applications experience 4+ years of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Framework experience 2+ years of WebMicro Services experience (SOAP, RESTFul) 2+ years of Integration Services experience. 2+ Years of SQL experience and strong on DB concepts. Any of the following Banking domain experience is good to have Core Banking, Digital Banking (Online, Mobile, Transfers), Cards, Payments (P2P,B2C, B2B) , Account Origination, Customer Onboarding, Customer profiling, Customer Journey, Customer 360. Desired Qualifications Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge and understanding of Agile Knowledge and understanding of desktop and Windows server operating systems Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) code control, build and deployment Knowledge and understanding of authentication methods or protocols Knowledge and understanding of cloud computing A BSBABE degree or higher in information technology.
