As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Bigtincan, you will have a critical role in the companys ability to launch new data science products related to conversation analytics and recommenders, ensuring our APIs can continue running smoothly when dealing with larger data volumes from our customers.

Responsibilities include: Architect new systems as needed to meet growing demands around traffic volume and internal access to data Manage complex business requirements that can introduce significant complexities into backend design Juggle the competing desires to develop a flexible, configurable product and the complexities that arise from introducing too much configuration into a product
– both from an end user and developer perspective Develop tooling to improve and automate the deployment process, including the introduction of CI and test automation Create integrations with other Bigtincan subsidiaries and third-party web services Improve tracking and visibility into backend data processing systems Identify and fix problem areas with the product.
