We have a compelling opportunity for a Sr.

SharePoint Developer in support of Treasury s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) program.
ECM hosts myTreasury, Department of Treasury s Enterprise-wide intranet which provides a platform for enhanced collaboration and engagement for Treasury offices.

ECM has a requirement to fully redesign the myTreasury to enhance user experience for a more intuitive and responsive design and for users to easily access additional enterprise self-service tools and templates.

The goal is to deliver a modern intranet promoting an improved employee experience (EX) that both produces and consumes services.

Transforming myTreasury from being a website with links to collaboration sites and other applications to using an Activity Hub approach.

This work is expected to improve the EX, serving as a key enabler for enhancing the digital experience especially in a maximum telework environment.
Job Duties
Conduct analysis and assessment of current myTreasury site to provide recommendation and new design options for an enhanced user experience.
Conduct user interviews
– interacting with myTreasury end users to establish end user needs, desires, and existing pain points.
Conduct user testing insights to provide qualitative and quantitative data analysis and make recommendations to ECM/Treasury.
Create SharePoint Design using graphics and style sheets
Curate new content on myTreasury homepage intranet, including population and organization of existing content within the module links
Create myTreasury Governance model and SharePoint best practices with redesign
Incorporate the myTreasury Governance model and SharePoint best practice in redesign build
Configure ECM SP web parts and deploy the myTreasury homepage changes to ECM SharePoint platform from approved designs.

Work with approval from ECM team to configure and deploy web parts (edit and change the view, appearance, layout and other properties) to ECM SharePoint platform.
Apply and maximize development of ECM SharePoint out of the box features and functionalities.
Develop and deploy SharePoint custom code as approved by ECM team through ECM Change Control Board (CCB).
Collaborate with vendor partners and EBS program areas to deliver detailed assessment / approach of integrations of content and data from other systems within Treasury
Implement integrations in conjunction with other teams in the myTreasury redesign.
Knowledge of all phases of the SharePoint Development Lifecycle
Translation of technical requirements into development plans
Understanding of custom solutions using Angular JS, bootstrap, REST API
Collaboration with UX/UI designer to develop and build and redesign based on informed constraints
Implementation of designs in SharePoint
Implementation of analytics to inform future design and development efforts
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related degree
5+ years of related experience
Public Trust Security Clearance
Previous experience in a Federal Government environment
Experience using SharePoint 2016 and 2019
Experience using PowerShell
Experience with Agile Development
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Experience with Power Apps Development
Experience with SharePoint System Administration
Experience with UI/UX Design
Experience with Microsoft Office
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
