Job Description:

Core Infrastructure Connectivity services for all Best Buy and Best Buy affiliates as well as work with third party vendors.

Manager Notes:

This network engineer will work with other engineers to implement, manage and support areas to include: Data Center LAN, WAN, Load balancer, monitoring and cloud based computing solutions.
Expert with Cisco Nexus 9000/7000/6000/5000/2000, fixed configuration switches, and Cisco ASR series routers
Prior experience with Load Balancers (Local & Global, Citrix and F5 preferred)
Prior experience with network monitoring and packet capturing solutions (SiteScope or Micro Focus SiteScope preferred)
Prior experience with the DNS/DHCP (Infoblox preferred)
Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00
– $75.00 per hour

Education:
Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
Network engineering: 10 years (Preferred)
LAN/WAN: 5 years (Preferred)
Load Balancers: 5 years (Preferred)
DNS/DHCP: 3 years (Preferred)
