RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in search of a Senior JavaScript (Webpack, ES6) Software Engineer in San Diego, CA.
Summary: In this role you will develop, support, and maintain high-performing cloud-based applications, collaborating closely with the engineering and product teams working on patented mobile document capture technology.

Responsibilities: Design, code, document, and unit test new features for Web SDKs that run in mobile and desktop browsers Adhere to Web standards and stay current with browser updates and phone releases to ensure compatibility and performance on a wide swath of devices Integrate latest HTML5 technology to perform image processing in browser Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 5 years of experience in front-end web development Strong experience with JavaScript, ranging from Vanilla to ES6 (i.e.
scope management, closures, namespaces) Experience with JavaScript unit testing (e.g.
Karma, Mocha) Knowledge of HTML5 APIs and CSS3 (i.e.
media APIs, canvas) Knowledge of modern JavaScript build tools (especially Webpack) Demonstrated experience writing customer-facing documentation Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodology Desired Experience: Knowledge of modern MV web development frameworks (e.g.
