Sr. BSA MES systems

Direct W2 employees only No 3rd party agencies We are looking for a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst who is experienced in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation, and ideally has a background as an MES Application Engineer, to join a team in Drug Substance Manufacturing IT located at South San Francisco (SSF), U.S.A.

The focus of the position is to lead stakeholders thru the business analysis life cycle for the strategic implementation of a cutting edge SSF Clinical Supply Center drug substance MES system within a regulated biopharmaceutical environment.

You are self-organized, hands-on, pro-active, self-starting and have a solution-driven mindset.

You are able to deliver on time with a challenging implementation schedule.

You will lead future state MES business process definition and requirements analysis with internal customers.

Working with the IT Agile development team and internal customers, you will produce Agile user stories with acceptance criteria, functional specifications and ensure that the solution meets business expectations.

Your excellent communication and collaboration skills ensure that you work successfully in a globally distributed team.

Skills required 5 years hands on experience with MES systems Knowledge of Emerson Syncade Experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation and a GxP compliant working environment Experience with globalmulti-site manufacturing deployment projects Experience designing and leading IT business analysis-related workshops Analytical thinking and structured approach to resolution of issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Experience with IT Agile methodology or working on scrum teams, a plus IT Agile Scrum Master and Product Owner trainingcertification, a plus 5years as Application Engineer in a similar environment (MES), a plus
