Software Test Engineer – Test and Assessment with Security Clearance

Job Description: Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc (Spiral) is looking for a Software Engineer – Test and Assessment to join our team in support of the Integration Support Contract (ISC) 2.0. Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon systems. Duties/Responsibilities: * Assist in the development, maintenance and execution of software test plans, test scenarios and test cases to be used in the evaluation of software applications * Assist in the Testing/evaluation of software applications and record actual test results and compare to expected results * Document and perform root cause analysis of relevant defects and issues * Design, build, and automate test software * Perform functional, regression, system, and performance testing * Develop and analyze requirements This position is contingent upon contract award. $descr2 Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: * Systems Engineering Experience and/or Certification
* Knowledge of or experience in the software development process
* Must possess and maintain a SECRET clearance Preferred Qualifications: * Professional Engineering License (desired) Education and/or Experience * BS Degree in electrical, computer or software engineering + 6 years of related engineering experience, OR
* BS Degree in an engineering discipline AND MS Degree in electrical, computer or software engineering + 4 years of related engineering experience, OR
* BS and/or MS Degree in an engineering discipline AND PhD in electrical, computer or software engineering + 2 years of related engineering experience Other Requirements * Must pass drug testing
