What you will do You will be working as part of a multi-functional product development team to create a brand-new product from the ground up!
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering team members and infrastructure platform stakeholders through collaborations, project control and artifact development
Analyze, design, implement, integrate, and test multiple applications within a low-code environment
Configures solution applications, process models, business rules, user interfaces, and management reports
Designs software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manages their implementation
Estimates software development schedule within an Agile environment
Formulates and defines specifications for software applications or modifies and maintains existing applications using engineering releases and utilities
Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
What you need to have
Clearance: ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
5+ years of experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science; or 10+ years of Experience private or government experience in software engineering / systems development in place of bachelor’s in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science
Experience in and familiarity with DevOps or DevSecOps as well as CI/CD pipelines
Experience with developing software applications
Excellent knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
Experience working in an Agile team environment
Experience translating functional requirements business processes and flows
Experience with collaboration, development tracking, and version control systems such as Confluence, Jira, and Git
What we'd like you to have
Experience working in a low-code environment implementing a wide range of business solutions
Experience developing front-end user interfaces
Low-code vendor certifications (ServiceNow or Appian)
A sound understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and software design patterns
Understanding of system architecture and experience with distributed systems
Knowledge of web-based runtime environments such as NodeJS and web application frameworks such as AngularJS and ReactJS
Knowledge of application abstraction and container fundamentals
Experience with container runtime environments such as Docker and container-orchestration systems such as Kubernetes
Design and development in Relational and NoSQL/Graph databases
Development in a Linux environment
