Location Aurora, CO Description One of our largest clients has an immediate need for a Software Engineer in Aurora You will be responsible for developing code, supporting discrepancy reports, and supporting test engineering for integration.
This is a long term contract with weekly pay and benefits Required Skills Minimum 8 years of JavaC++ programming experience Minimum 8 years of SW development experience using object-oriented techniques United States Citizen Currentactive TSSCI SSBI level clearance is required Desired Skills Familiarity with Agile development methods(Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, SAFe, etc) Familiarity with Linux Experience with Software design tools such as Rational Rose, Rhapsody, ClearCase, Git or comparable tools Experience with requirements and use case analysis Experience with scripting (Ruby, Perl, Python, PHP, etc.) Experience andor knowledge with DevOps and Continuous Integration Experience andor knowledge with an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) like Eclipse Knowledge andor experience with mission managementschedulingflight dynamics Knowledge of system integration and system test Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team Proven written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools Engineering experience on a government software development contract Experience with complex satellite ground systems, particularly previous deployment of developed systems to ground station operations Experience in architecture designdevelopment of SW centric Education Requirements A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience preferred OR 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Contact rbelchicjudge.com mailtorbelchicjudge.com?subjectSoftware20Engineer20 This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
