Client Domain/Industry: Experis, a ManpowerGroup company has an exciting contract opportunity for a Software Engineer. This position is a 6-month contract with one of our key clients.

Location: Remote (Candidate can work from any location from US, preferably EST/EDT time zone)

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Have 6 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, MCA or similar
• Having good experience in Oracle E-Business HRMS development.
• Experience working with HRMS APIs.
• Candidate should have solid technical and functional knowledge on the HRMS module.
• Technical – SQL, PL&SQL, BI Publisher, OAF, Workflow, SQL Loader, AOL concepts.
• Functional Aspects – Work Structures, Hire to Retire Process, Date tracking functionality and HRMS flex fields.
• Must be fully conversant with all objects in the HRMS schema and the relationships between them and should be able to map HRMS business processes to the underlying tables.
• Experience with the Java development.
• Experience managing integration involving Oracle E-Business Suite R12.x
• Ability to work independently as individual contributor.
• Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot problems.
• Must be able to work independently with business users and external users and responsible for design, development, Testing support, production deployment and production support.
• Excellent organization and communications skills.
• Creating test plans, test cases, test scripts and performs functional testing.
• Work closely with various Business Partners to deliver high-quality application solutions.
• Write detailed technical design documents.
• Interacting with Oracle via their formal Metalink SR process in order to secure assistance and solutions for problems.
• Conduct and or participate in requirement/analysis sessions.
• Should Work closely with the Oracle ERP team to build interfaces for integrating to external systems.
• Excellent Working Knowledge of Fault Handling framework, Business Rules Engine Decision Service.
