Provides technical support for technology domain environments including but not limited to cloud, middleware, operating systems, applications, Software-as-a-Service, and Platform-as-a-Service products.

Uses diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex in the respective technology domain.

Has the ability to restore or improve service quality and availability, analyzes and resolves issues or may escalate as needed to meet established service level agreements.

Participates in projects associated with the technology domain, which includes installation, upgrades, and deployment efforts including deploying to the technology domain.

Understands the given technology domain in reference to security and compliance requirements.

Participates in testing of new technologies with the given domain.

Documents changes and implementation plans within the given technology domain.

Required Qualifications 3 years of software engineering experience 1 years of .Net and Java application development experience or a combination of both 1 year of SQL experience 1 year of Agile experience 2 years of testing or quality assurance experience Desired Qualifications An industry-standard technology certification Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge and understanding of application testing methodologies, tools, and execution Knowledge and understanding of Selenium software testing framework Knowledge of widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games .NET Core experience JIRA experience Consumer lending experience Other Desired Qualifications Early Resolution application configuration experience Experience with business rules management Disclaimer All offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
