Title: Software Development Manager
Location: Ideally Fairfax but strong remote candidates will be considered
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000
Requirements: 10-15+ years software development (ideally with Java experience) + 2+ years in a leadership/management role

Due to growth, we are actively hiring a software development manager to help us scale. This position will have a major impact and help influence company goals/direction. This person will also participate in driving software architecture and be a hands-on contributor.

What You Will Be Doing

* Manage a team of 5+ developers
* Create/maintain processes, career goals, performance reviews, etc.
* Work cross-functionally driving multi-team projects to completion
* Define and design software architecture

What You Need for this Position

10-15+ years of software development
2+ years in a leadership/management position

* Java
* Docker / Kubernetes experience
* Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
* BS in CS (or related) is preferred
