Title SmartCommThunderhead Location Glendale, AZ Type Long term contract Job Description Overall 5-7 years CCM product experience Should have minimum 2 ndash 4 yearrsquos experience in Thunderhead with hands-on experience in Smart Communications Knowledge in developing and documenting forms design and specification Experience in designing and developing multi-channel (Print, webhtml, email, archive, SMS, Fax etc.) communications.
Experience integrating with upstream systems (e.g.
Guidewire etc.) Experience integrating with Document Management Systems (FileNet etc.) Experience with Smart Communication Administration
– o Template Selector o Output processing o Managing ownership of resources o Managing users and groups o Version management o Work flow and release of projects A good understanding of the API methods how Web Service messages work (preferably an understanding of REST format).
Working with XSLFO templates, XML, XSD Data
– XML, JSON, and csv formats.
