– WordPress Administration of various SharePoint and WordPress sites in COI Manage the health of systems and notify users of issues appropriately Manage permissions Quarterly audit on existing permissions Enforce data retention policies Manage site configurations Troubleshoot permissions and other issues with sites Maintain custom solutions deployed to sites (for example, Patrol Checklist) Open and track support tickets in dependent systems such as CSE, front desk until resolution Properly document all solutions and configurations Define and drive User Acceptance Testing
