What You’ll Do at Pega:

• Work as a Senior Software engineer on a Scrum team within the Software Delivery Excellence Alliance (SDEA).

  As an influential member of this team you share our passion for building and developing software using the latest technology.

• Play an important and exciting role in evolving Pega’s emerging microservice architecture.
• Work closely with other application developers who are using our development tooling to deliver new software in Pega’s cloud agnostic service-based architecture.

   

Who You Are:

If you are an inventive and collaborative developer who enjoys driving projects in a fast-paced, globally distributed, enterprise software engineering environment, you belong on our team!
 

What You’ve Accomplished:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 5-9+ years experience
• Excellent coding skills with Java or another JVM based language such as Groovy, Kotlin, Scala, etc.
• Experience with software build tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Gradle, Maven and Git
• Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform experience a plus
• Comfortable developing in a Linux environment
• Comfortable working as part of an agile Scrum Team
