Senior Software Engineer Developer

The Customer Communication Tribe within Core Brokerage Technology domain is seeking a Developer with Spring and Angular frameworks, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Spring MVC, Angular JS – UI Code, JQuery, XML, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, JSON, J2EE and AWS skillsets!

He/She will be a member of an agile Scrum team tasked with maintaining product/capabilities to support our Archive Viewer squad within the Group.

The ideal candidate should be able to work across multiple languages and platforms, outstanding organization skills, and the ability to effectively multi-task.

Archive Squad within Customer Communications Group is responsible for modernizing the API’s for Document Management capabilities. The Squad is responsible for producing APIs which are exposed through API Gateway to internal and external customers and migrate Mainframe based solution to Distributed platform!

The Expertise You Have

• 5+years development experience with strong solid understanding of Java, and AWS technologies.
• Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) designing, developing, testing, and releasing Web applications within the financial technology industry, using services and server technologies (Java, IIS, and Linux) and client technologies (Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery); and developing, testing, and deploying high performance Web applications using Angular, for development, and Jasmine, Sonar and Veracode for code quality.
• DE Architecting, Designing, and Developing Cloud ready applications, using ECS, EKS/Docker, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, IBM Urban Code Deploy for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) of application functionality.
• DE developing Spring Boot, multi-threaded, middle-tier components, using Java, REST, SOAP, and oAuth/ Ping technology; and analyzing, monitoring, and performance tuning, using Dynatrace, JProfiler, and Java Bean for application integration of Web services design and development.
• Experience with S3, Route 53, EC2, ECS, API gateway, Cloud Front, Cloud Trail & Lambda development in AWS.
• AWS Certification (Developer or Solution Architect) is a plus.
