Senior Salesforce Developer

Client uses the following Salesforce Clouds Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud.

They may be implementing Commerce Cloud and possibly using Saleforce for eCommerce in the near future.

They want to see candidates who have developed in various Salesforce Communities and in all the different Clouds.

Candidates should have Salesforce Lightning dev exp, Commerce Cloud would also be very helpful because they plan to implement it soon This needs to be someone who has developed in Salesforce to extend, enhance and build upon the platform.

Want to see people who have built several Saleforce applications in multiple environments because they are doing development across the entire platform.

Salesforce is their biggest platform it is their entire CRM and is used for their cradle to grave sales, implementation and service to their customers.

They even have Credit Collections tied in, as well as telephony capabilities.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGESKILLSABILITIES 5 yrs experience working with SalesForce APIs, Apex and Visual Force pages Bachelors Degree in Computer ScienceEngineering or related field advanced degree a plus Salesforce certifications are a HUGE plus 5 years in UIWeb Design 5 years experience designing solutions around CRM applications a plus Strong knowledge of Object Oriented programming, design patterns, Web Services Demonstrated experience in SQL T-SQL, including Stored Procedures and triggers Excellent troubleshooting and design skills VisualForce, JavaScript, XHTML, DHTML, AJAX, or HTML5 Should have familiarity with standards-based SOA Web services Knowledge and understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle Should be proficient in the use of MS Office products including Visio Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules Experience with SFDC implementations involving heavy data integration (this is because they are constantly buying companies and have to merge the new company’s data into Salesforce) Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills are necessary.

Strong attention to detail Ability to work extended hours when needed Job Description The Salesforce.com Developer will be responsible for the design, architecture, development, implementation, integration and ongoing support and maintenance of multiple Salesforce.com instances as part of a Salesforce.com team.

This role will collaborate with project managers and with business analysts to implement solutions that meet the needs of the business.

Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills including focused listening, logical thinking and working in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Design, develop, enhance and maintain VisualForce UI framework features Createmodify pages, controllers, components and customer objects Responsible for documenting design, providing estimates, programming specifications, performing unit and systems testing, and recording test results.

Document best practices and operational procedures.

Research and keep current on force.com technologies and communicates trends and future needs from a business perspective.

Work with Project Managers and Business Analysts to deliver key deliverables to be incorporated into project plans.

Deploy code and in strict accordance with change management procedures.

Work within guidelines to adhere to company security policies.

Develop Force.com applications and integrations, working closely with team to realize full capabilities of the platform.

Maintain and enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance and security in the Salesforce.com instances.

Develop, enhance and maintain automated processes in and applications integrated with the Salesforce.com instances.

Providing guidance regarding use of developed applications.
