SR PRODUCT OWNER –CONVERSATIONAL AI & AUTOMATION

In this vital role you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing Conversational AI related solutions.

The role will provide leadership for the successful delivery of key initiatives in partnership with functional IS teams for EEA services and will be responsible for developing and leading the technology roadmap for various Conversational AI, Search and NLP related platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, publish and maintain the Product Roadmap in collaboration and consultation with the broader Product Team and with key functional primes across the company.
  • Define key metrics to track product usage, growth and KPIs for success.
  • Prepare and maintain communication materials like roadmaps, position papers, presentations, demos, playbooks and discuss the materials with our business clients and partner IS services.
  • Develop product business cases and, in close partnership with Program Management, lead the products from concept to general availability.
  • Establish relationships with customers (new and existing) to test new products and manage feedback effectively to favorably impact product outcomes.
  • Establish and refine processes to ensure quality and accuracy in the Conversational AI products and channels.
  • Lead the Run and DevOps team in a managed service environment for operations as well as implementation of approved platform related projects
  • Improve processes related to Maintenance & Production Support
  • Work with other IS shared services teams (Cloud, DBA, networking, collaboration, etc.) for infrastructure setup
  • Manage vendor relationships

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience

OR

  • Master’s degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience

OR

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Information Systems experience

OR

  • Associate’s degree and 10 years of Information Systems experience

OR

  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Systems experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of product management or related work experience.
  • Excellent technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering degree, prior professional app development background etc.).
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience building tools for developers.
  • Excellent daily communication, responsiveness, and teamwork skills
  • Experience working with distributed teams of engineers and partners
  • Experience managing the end-to-end delivery of complex projects
  • Experience with using cloud-based services AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
  • Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
  • Attention to detail and ability to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and communication skills
  • Penchant to learn about new technology innovation and creativity in applying to business problems
