Senior Power BI Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Renton, WA that is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer. Our client is looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to join the End User Support team who is based in Irvine, CA. This role can work 100% remote and be available for occasional team meetings in person in Irvine.

Summary:
In this role, the Senior Power BI Developer will be responsible for creating new Power BI dashboards and Reports. They will part of a project to integrate the company’s backend systems into Azure DevOps and then visualizing the data utilizing Power BI on the front end. The Senior Power BI Developer also would also include collecting requirements from all levels of the organization (Executives, Directors, Managers). This is a 12 month project working 100% remote.

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience with Azure Power Platform, Azure Data and Analytics, Advanced Excel and Power BI skills required
• Strong ability to collect and document requirements from business users
• Proficient with creating dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Experience with consolidating information from disparate systems, analyzing and presenting findings and recommendations to non-technical teammates
• Strong experience with report design, power queries, data model design, service administration and custom visualization in Power BI
• Experience with Data Analysis Expression (DAX)
• Azure DevOps (ADO) experience
• API Integration experience
