Senior Node.JS Developer

Agilisium is looking for an experienced Node.JS Developer with extensive hands on experience.

This is a highly visible role with one of our marquee clients in the media and entertainment industry and the selected candidate will play an integral role in the success of our client.

Should possess 8-10 years of experience in UIWeb Application development.

Lead other backend developers Very deep knowledge in design thinking, best practices and code review Extensive experience in building high availability, scalable RESTful APIs using NodeJS and ExpressJS(4-5 years of hands on experience) Strong proficiency with JavaScript (version ES6 or above), TypeScript (good to know).

Expertise in Server Side programming GraphQL, REST API, etc.

Experience in API service integration (inhouse, third party) Expert in Authentication Authorization OAUTH2 Expert in Performance monitoring, tuning and logging Strong experience in security related aspects for backend programming Good to have knowledge in memory caching technologies Redis, Memcache etc.

Good to have knowledge of integration with Elasticsearch, Apache SOLr Experience in database technologies like MongoDB, MySQL etc is an added advantage.

Experience in working with code editors like Visual Studio Code Sublime Text Atom etc.

Working knowledge of source code repository Git Good to have Web fundamentals like HTML 5 and CSS 3 Experience in automated testing, unit testing of User Interfaces Knowledge and hands on experience of CICD pipelines, containers Knowledge of microservice architecture Good to have knowledge of deploying applications on cloud, AWS preferred Agilisium is an equal opportunity employer.
