Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary: 
The Senior Network Engineer will design and deploy global network infrastructure. This position will be responsible for the design and deployment of LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, Internet edge, cloud interconnect, and security infrastructure.
The position will work closely with IT Infrastructure teams and other business units to provide strategic design, testing, and production support of UPT network infrastructure.
Architect, test, and deploy network infrastructure.
Work closely with a diverse team of engineers and project leaders to deploy next-generation technology and systems.
The position serves as subject matter expert across multiple infrastructure disciplines including but not limited to:
• Large Scale Enterprise Network Architecture
• Internet peering and ecosystems
• Implementing network security policy with Cisco and Palo Alto Networks infrastructure.
• AWS and Azure network and security design and deployment.
• Managing technical deliverables for multiple projects with a global footprint.

Experience: 
• 6+ years’ hands-on experience supporting large scale enterprise networks with route/switch, Wi-Fi, and security policy configurations.
• 3+ years of interconnect experience; Internet peering, WAN circuits (P2P, EVPL,etc).
• 6+ years designing, deploying, and support IP networks (Cisco, etc).
• Strong understanding of current routing protocols and large scale topologies.

Education & Certifications:
• Associate’s degree (AA) required. Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred.
• Cisco Certification – CCIE, CCNP
• Other vendor certifications – AWS, Azure, Palo Alto Networks
