Hiscox
Hiscox is looking for an experienced marketer to lead our marketing automation team and serve as product owner for our automation platform.
In this role, you’ll oversee the strategic and operational success of our marketing automation and email programs.
You’ll be responsible for administration, adoption and productivity of our platform and manage a team of email specialists to drive ROI and an exceptional consumer experience.
Along with expertise in leading data-driven campaigns, you’ll bring experience in email marketing and campaigns to support lead nurture, acquisition, and retention objectives.
This role will sit on our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the VP, Growth and Lifecycle Marketing.

What You’ll Do:
Identify areas to improve processes to drive efficiencies.
Be a key contributor in deep-dive analysis and Executive presentation of channel results.
Oversee data integrations identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
We use Eloqua.
If you have Eloqua experience, that’s great!
If not, we’re happy to provide training.
Must be able to adapt communication styles to audience and manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
