Responsibilities :
- Develop a coordinated, enterprise-wide corporate communications strategy
- Infuse creativity into the Ingram Micro Cloud brand and voice, ensuring that our brand provides a competitive advantage in key markets and long-term value to the business
- Set measurable objectives for the communications function and oversee achievement and measurement of communication goals
- Lead corporate media/public relations efforts at a global and regional level
- Oversee existing agencies and the selection of new agencies, and manage these critical relationships
- Coordinate corporate/community affairs functions
- Work with our digital team to develop corporate social media strategy and governance
- Develop a deep understanding of Ingram Micro Cloud’s overall strategy, target audience, and customer base in order to develop effective messaging
- Help the organization understand how the brand informs customer experience and any disconnects in how it is portrayed in various customer segments or phases of the customer lifecycle
- Maintain a logical brand architecture and develop a rules-based approach to introduce new solutions
- Drive strategy for content creation to support campaigns, providing clear direction to copywriters to bring new content to life
Qualifications:
- Press and Analyst Relations Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 6+ years of relevant work in communications, branding or related experience, preferably in B2B and tech/software
- 2+ years of marketing leadership
- Hands-on corporate public relations experience, ideally within the same or similar industry
- Implementation and management of global brand guidelines
- Management of large onsite and offsite teams collaborating on complex projects
- Management of communications to multiple complex stakeholder groups at a local, regional, national and (if applicable) international scale
- Selection and oversight of communications agencies
- Previous demonstrated linkage of communications efforts to an organization’s broader campaign plan
- Compassionate leader who is purposeful with their engagements with the team
- Proactive, self-starter with enthusiasm for challenges
- Ability to work with ambiguity and unexpected change
