What You’ll Bring BA degree and or 6-8 years of equivalent work experience in Global Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and Vendor Management, Global Procurement experience, Hardware, Data Center and Software experience is a plus.

Experienced negotiator having worked in global environments Strong influencing and networking skills in order to work in cross-functional teams across borders and sell the benefits of global deals Knowledge of contract terms and conditions and experience working closely with a Legal team CPSM, CIP certification preferred or any related certification of Procurement.

Critical thinking and analytical skills Time management and project management skills Experience in working within a fast-paced, highly matrixed, agile environment Experience with proactively formulating strategies and approaches to achieve project objectives.

Experience with managing, negotiating vendor agreements in MA scenarios including transition servicing agreements (TSAs) We’d Love To See Supplier Strategy, plan, source and select new vendors and optimize relationships with existing vendors Negotiate the best available price, terms and meet savings and quality goals, minimize risk and ensure compliance with company standard.

Communicate and promptly resolve any product, service and contract issues which may pose a risk or impact to the business.

Obtain quotes, prepare price analysis and recommendations on delivery, payment terms and vendor contracts.

Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors in expediting process to ensure critical delivery requirements.

Track quality metrics work with suppliers to resolve open quality issues and implement robust corrective actions preventing recurrence.

Contract negotiations for global pricing, improved pricing, language terms that meets company needs and avoid risk.
