The Execu-Search is seeking a Senior Healthcare Business Analyst for an immediate long term contract with a premiere client in Whippany, NJ Healthcare Business Analyst (client facing) IMMEDIATE (interviews will be remote) Location Position starts remote due to COVID but eventually will sit in a more onsiteremote hybrid modelWhippany, NJ Job Type Contract Duration 12 Months, strong potential to roll perm with good performance MUST HAVE Healthcare experience or have worked in a regulated environment (will make learning curve 100 faster) Broad experience supporting different IT initiatives ndash should be able to switch gears as needed depending on clients project needs User StoryAgile format in Jira ticket (not a formal BRDwaterfall method) Must be able to tell a story, pen to paper agrave write down what the client is asking understand the problem we need IT to solve and communicate that so the developer can code against it Communication skill set is MOST important here ndash Scrum MasterProduct Owner mindset Bridging the gap between managers and other BAs on the team Setting standardsexpectations, helping with processprocedures, etc.
Raise a flag, move the needle forward Strong negotiation skills ndash push back on technology and PMs, moving things along and be IN ALIGNMENT Strong documentationgathering requirements Job Description The Client Business Analyst will work collaboratively with Program Management, Technology, and the Customer to deliver client solutions and provide comprehensive technical support for the client.
This candidate will be a motivated individual with a strong technical background and deep experience interfacing with clients delivering solutions and supporting technical products.
Essential DutiesResponsibilities Understand customer business needs, processes, and concepts to formulate clear and thorough requirements Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate solutions to parallel overall business strategies Accountable for successful delivery of technology in support of client solutions Represent technical products in order to guide clients towards standard robust solutions Interface with internal and external partners to ensure end to end delivery of client solutions Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity and system issues Leverage analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve client technical questions and complex client issues professionally and efficiently Be a liaison between the client and technology team to resolve and troubleshoot various issues that arise Maintain and prioritize multiple projects independently with minimal supervision Experience 7 years-experience interfacing with clients providing technical solutions or support.
Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.
