Our client in the Financial Services industry located in Agoura Hills, CA is looking for an experienced Application Developer with .net and aws experience.
Hourly Rate: $60
– 70/hr Pending exp.
Duration: Contract to Hire Position is remote, will be onsite in future Must be Local and Not open to C2C Responsibilities: Senior-level experience in various Microsoft .NET technologies, including C#, VB.net, REST Web APIs, Web Development, SQL Server Experience with Amazon AWS services such as EC2, S3, SQS, API Gateway, and Lambda Experience with relational database such as SQL Server, Postgres, or MySQL Experience with CI/CD Must have strong experience with integration.
Senior-level understanding of advanced development concepts and patterns Knowledge of Agile methodologies and agile practices Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills Prior leadership experience or ability to demonstrate readiness for leadership Mortgage Origination or other financial services industry experience highly desirable Any exp with Informatica and Salesforce will be a HUGE plus.
Qualifications: Strong analytical skills and the ability to conceptualize solutions Experience with object oriented analysis and design Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring and unit testing Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP) and Scrum is helpful Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) Experience with Linux and open source software Financial services experience, especially related to mortgages and mortgage backed securities, is desirable Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
