Security Network Engineering Manager

Minimum qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience with a service provider or enterprise-level network in engineering or design roles.

3 years of experience in networking technologies, including applications networking, IP network hardware, routing protocols, high availability network monitoring and network security.

Preferred qualifications CISSP/CISM 10 years of experience in a security leadership role in security and privacy, enterprise, or data center networks.

Experience working on planning problems of complex scope on large-scale network and associated security.

Experience managing a team of network security engineers, who are engaged in Agile delivery Organizationel.

Responsibilities Manage a team of network engineers, including iteration and task/project planning.

Develop and grow engineering talent through effective mentoring, coaching, succession planning and retention strategies.

Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Take responsibility for the overall planning, execution and success of complex technical projects.

Support the software and systems that manage the network and function as a technical, engineering, and operational subject matter expert.

Work with partner teams to build/re-use open source or common Company systems wherever possible to accelerate development and delivery of the platform.
