Top Skills Needed: 1) Experience with multiple years as a scrum master in larger enterprise environments 2) Experience building out brand new scrum teams from scratch, experience going through the storming phase 3) Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with multiple personality types The Product IT team is looking to ramp up additional scrum teams for a new application they are developing for their large group customers.

They are looking for seasoned scrum masters who have experience in multiple enterprise environments as well as experience developing scrum teams from inception.
