Requirements of the Scrum Master Bachelor’s degree, CS or Engineering preferred CSMPSMCSPOPSPO or equivalent required Expertise in Lean and Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban Understanding and experience with one or more scaling Agile frameworks (SAFe) At least 2 years of experience supporting multiple interdependent teams in an enterprise organization Excellent facilitation and communication skills, ability to maintain a positive team environment Ability to proactively resolve conflicts within the team before they become larger issues Ability to teach and help teams maintain Agile performance metrics Experience with Agile tools Jira, Rally, ADO, VersionOne Exposure to UTDD, ATDD, test automation, CICD, etc.
